Lunch 1pm: spinach salad 100g of chicken tomatoes, red pepper, Mozzarella, avocado.
Dinner: mix of meat Shish Kebab, Beef Kufta , Chicken Shish Tawook and Beef/Chicken Shawarma with a grilled tomato and onion, rice, pita bread and Tabouleh salad
Snack: pistachio, walnuts
Training: took an off day due to shoulder pain
