also you must know, cus i assume you read policy you agree in checkout that we are not responsible for usps delays or lost packages ?

“USA DOMESTIC: Full one free reship offer … if package not be delivered after 20 days from moment when tracking# was created (only in case when tracking# will not work 20 days). New shipping address will be needed.”
I’m requesting you honor your posted USA Domestic “one free reship” policy. I’d like to resolve this directly with you.
