Psyllium Husk for heart health, blood sugar, and weight management

I read that psyllium husk is very good for you and that bodybuilders like to use it. I saw a guy online talking about running two scoops a day. He mixes it in with water and he shakes it up really good and he drinks it. Is that going to be a good option for me? I like the benefits that I've read about it when it comes to:
losing weight
help with blood sugar
and also heart health
 
Bros, why don't you try 10 to 15 g per day and then you can go from there? Some people go higher. If you're a big bodybuilder eating lots of protein, you may want to push it to 40 or 50 g.
