Currently I am 55 years old. And I’m 158 lbs. I would like to put on some more size but I also want to get good with endurance. I have a hard time running. I get very winded fast. I’m interested in using some gw501516 at 20 mg a day. How much ostarine should I run with it? Should I go 25 mg or 50 mg and is 12 weeks good enough?
