Seems like my strength has plateaued and I'm not able to build anything off of it. Any advice on training routines that can help build my strength more? Someone told me that I should build more consistency at a lower weight and then I could go from there.
It's pretty normal to not gain in a linear fashion. Your body can't keep up with how fast you're getting stronger so back off a little bit and then you can come back stronger.
Sometimes changing gyms is a good idea. I own two gyms myself and each gym is different. I tell my customers they can go from gym to gym and change up their workouts and they'll get good results that way.
