nausea while fasting

I listened to the podcast and had a quick question. I fasted a few times since for 24 hours. but this last time i started feeling very nauseas and cannot figure out why. does this sometimes happen or am i doing something wrong? please help cause this shit works great but i hate feeling sick.

You need to do a colon cleanse before you start your fast next time. That's a requirement to clean your bowels before you start. If you do that you wont have nausea.

you might just be having elevated heart rate or dehydration

if you are fasting 24 hours and have side effects from that then you really have got to be patient and allow your body to adjust. a lot of times these types of things are really your body cleansing
