NapsGear Omega Labs Delivery Issue - Says Delivered in Mailbox, Never Received

I ordered Omega Lab products from NapsGear, and according to USPS the package was delivered to my mailbox on June 26th shortly before 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, when I cleaned out my mailbox on July 8th, it wasn’t there.


I live in a mobile home community where all of the mailboxes are clustered together in one location, so I think it’s possible the mail carrier accidentally placed it in someone else’s mailbox.


Yesterday I went to my local USPS office and spoke with a supervisor to start a search for the package. I gave them all of my contact information, and they’re looking into it. I’m also asking Amelia from NapsGear for details about what the package looked like (size, packaging, labels, etc.) because I think that information could help USPS identify it if it was misdelivered. So far, Amelia has told me that because USPS marked it as delivered, there isn’t much they can do.


Has anyone here gone through a USPS missing package investigation after a package was marked as delivered? Were you ever successful in getting USPS to compensate you if it was determined to be misdelivered?


Also, has anyone had NapsGear compensate or reship an order in a situation like this?

it could be just an issue with the post office stealing it happens all the time the guys delivering stealing brother

Thank you for tagging! It’s a very awkward and strange predicament. Really hoping and praying to get my hands on this shipment or an order similar soon. Hope Jason sees this.
 
you need to develop a relationship with your postman so that you can get in touch with them. find out when they are there, they probably put it in the wrong box
also another good reason to use a PO Box. less hands on your package that way

bro I live in a trailer too. how big yours? I live about 15 miles off my mailman's route so by the time he get to me he pretty liquored up. always losing packages. one time found a package he threw into the pond full of tren lol.. the catfish were all swole for like a year after that

That’s insanity, what the heck lol, mine is 1,500 square foot, I love it. What about you? Our area is not too rural. Pretty unprofessional to be liquored up. Looks like I need to see if I can get a signature required when ordering through Naps?

i've had lots of packages lost by usps. i wouldn't go chasing it down too much man. just ask your postman to double check the boxes tomorrow when they come out.. leave a nice letter on the mailboxes if you don't know when he will be out! i bet its in the wrong box

mine like 300sq ft. my wife takes up a lot of space, she is a big southern women but she usually in kitchen eating. met her at the truck pulls and we fell in love after she took on like 4 people in a fight in the stands.

Are you good friends with your neighbors? I bet one of them has it. It probably got put in their box.

bros when i lived in alabama packs always would get stolen or mailman deliver to wrong place. you need to get a po box at the usps location! napsgear will ship to po box no problem. that smartest thing to do
 
Considering all the recommendations for a PO Box, I'll look into it! I hope it's not too expensive.

Considering the time difference between when it was delivered to now (15 days now), should I attempt to make a claim with USPS? At this point, I don't know if it still might be in anyone’s mailbox.. I’m sure any ordinary person would have cleared out their box by now but I do live in a community full of geezers..

The tricky thing is trying to claim the value of my package ($470) through the USPS claim link I was given without getting into further detail..

So far unfortunately Naps customer support are not assisting in any way. Just getting told repeatedly that it states delivered and that's that. No offering of helping to try and make things right unfortunately.
