6 foot 3 inches tall, 344 pounds and 31.8% body fat.
I’ve played sports all my life, I’m not looking to drop below 12-15% body fat right now, but maybe that will change with my progress. I did a cycle of tren in college, but that is pretty much it.
My goal is just to get a lot of this fat off of my body so that my lower back can feel better and I can feel better.
I’d love to be comfortable enough to post pictures here, but I am not yet.
Diet
Roughest part of the process because life got busy, but that’s no excuse. Started back meal prepping this week. Any recs here please let me know.
2 eggs and 3/4 cup of egg whites with 1/2 cup mushrooms. 2 corn tortillas
90 grams of rice, 5 oz ground turkey, and 90 grams of broccoli twice a day
6 oz salmon, 90 grams of green beans
2 protein shakes mixed with water/oat milk
1 cheat meal a week, normally on Saturday or Sunday.
Training
I like to be in the gym 6 days a week. What direction should I go in with weights? High reps/low weight? Low reps/high weight?
I do this in the morning after or before my cardio? What’s best?
Cardio (fasted)
4 days a week 3.2 mph @ 4-8% incline for 30 mins
2 days a week 2 min jog/run and 1 min walk for 30 mins
Sleep
6-8 hours a night.
Supplements
Pre work out, cell mass after workout.
Haven’t started any SARMS or Steroids. Up for recommendations on what and when.
