I didn't list the Multi I am on, and I read N2Gaurd ingredients. It didn't have a lot of those things listed. NMN, resveratrol, citrus bergamot, CoQ10 + PQQ, high‐dose niacin, ALA, schizandra. And the TUDCA, NAC, Milk Thistle are not nearly as much as I take.

I will run it my next cycle and compare the blood results week 4, 8 and 12 like I am doing here on this cycle. Already ordered the blood test for end of week 8.

To answer the diet question.

I aim for around 3000 calories a day.
Protein 225mg
Fat 83 gm
Carbs 338 gm

3 or 4 elite CorePower 42gm protein shakes a day depending on where my Protein sits.
Lots of oats or Daves bread for fiber, and only protein cheerios or Raisin bran for breakfast (with shake being the "milk". Boneless skinless chicken and rice with broccoli mostly , with a shredded beef burrito thrown in. And if i am light on overall calories I halve a half serving of Mass Gainer with Coconut milk. Done eating by 6 pm, maybe a snack if I haven't reached 3000.
 
Costs seem similar and, as we've addressed on podcasts, there will be both overlap and more specifically synergy between ingredients.

If nothing else it's 7 pills (more if you wanna bring up doses - say 9) vs... 30?

I'm with Lev somewhat here. While you're almost certainly correct in this example AI should not be over relied on to make decisions in many regards. More where, like we've seen with GPS and so on we overly trust what it says vs what we know or see. We can also ask questions in such a way to favor a bias we already have.

In this example that might be not wanting to be told we're making something unnecessarily complicated. I cite your dose issue by merely suggesting you take 2 more pills of N2Guard vs the sheer number you are now.

Look also, we had one or two yesterday on the forums, where people ask for a pill to fix an issue over diet and lifestyle changes. In this example an optimal diet should not then need a good multi. Yet few eat optimally. Ditto using PEDs and or training crazy hard being stressful vs not doing either. What about lowering doses vs running high amounts of PEDs and so on
