Approved Log My TRT cycle Log

I’ve been on 120-150mg of test cyp weekly for the last 12 weeks as instructed by my TRT clinic.

they don’t check bloods super efficiently or at least convey what they see but they said all my numbers were in good range.

My diet is 80% Whole Foods and everything is tracked.

I am 5’10 and I weigh 160lbs currently as I’ve been cutting the last three months using Retatrutide.

I train 5 days a week: Push, Pull, Legs, rest, Push, Pull, rest.

I’m thinking of doing my first cycle at 400mg os test cyp weekly in 2 200mg shots.

when will your cut be finished?
In about a week or so, with the reta I didn’t lose much strength but I still look so small. Ive been working out a year but found out I had low T and now it’s only been 12 we

@SolivigantYB you have a very lean frame, very nice shoulders and wide chest.

can you find your blood work to share with us? blur out personal information.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?
