So when I sleep at night or train my joints start acting up. Anyone know what I can do about this?

I take this every day, I got it off Amazon for $11! And it has vitamin D in it as well, a nice added bonus. It says to take two per day. I was watching Dave Palumbo off RX muscle and he said that’s not enough you gotta take three or four. I personally take three one in the morning, one midday and one at night and it’s made a huge difference! Took about three weeks to notice the effects.
So you’re saying glucosamine doesn’t help the joints? I mean the guy’s been in the bodybuilding business for 30 years and he went to medical school, I would say he has a lot of knowledge. Not saying everything he says is agreeable.
