Had a half sweet tater last night with some butter. Got 4 hrs straight sleep. (that good for this week) So I seem to be getting better. Doctor appt next week. I skipped gym class yesterday due to my pain and tiredness, hit the sauna and went to bed.
This morning
1 mile walk the doggo
60 walking lunges (in 3 x 20)
3x 20 squats
100+ high knee raises 2x50 and random on walk
Did 3x15 donkey kicks? (heal to butt)
And the oppisite in front and hip extentions sorry. not sure what they are called. I meant to take a quick video.
100x 2 jabs, trying to keep form and go fast.

Going to do my dip bar. I hang for as long as I can x 3 times. At around 20 seconds (my count not a stop watch)
Knee ups? 1 time at 20 and 2 times at 10
I try to do dips but I can't so I try to hold myself up

@brandypup Digest gold is a really good one. I always recommend it and my clients who are intolerant or who have issues digesting certain foods really do well on it.

Looking really good on this. The different exercises you're doing are very strong. @brandypup It's not easy doing those walking lunges and you did 60 of them. That's pretty impressive. You gained a lot of respect from me for doing that even as a woman.

@brandypup These aren't easy workouts at all. High knee raises and squats along with lunges really worked the glutes. They also get your heart rate up so it's good cardio as well.

October - November I was totally screwed. Interstitial Cystitis flared huge and insane uti's.
End of November my daughter was admitted to ER from her doctor as she had a abscess removed from the back of her throat. That was 3 days after Thanksgiving. She is perfectly fine now. (blessed)
My big guy was neutered and was on antibiotics for a month for a paw sore. I think we have that under control. he is now 190lbs of happy goofball. (we lost our last mastiff to a paw infection that destroyed his paw)
Are Aussie dog was looking at surgery but I think we dodged that at the moment.
Hubs was sick with bronchitis.
So yea, I am a little excited about 2026. My fatigue is killing me. I lost a lot of my definition as I have missed all my classes and can barley get tot he gym. Thankfully I have some home gym stuff to try to keep going. MRI scheduled for Feb. Looking at a referral for my IC pain.
My blood work came in super high for Test 38free, 468 total. so I stopped for 2 weeks and started back up at 5mg a week. My SHBG is high 82nmol/L. I hear that Estradiol tablets can cause this so I am thinking of switching to patch or injection. Iron and Omega's are low so I have supplements for that now. (Looking for recommendations for the iron supplements.)and I am positive for MTHR gene. Which I kinda figured as sensitive as I am to so much. Plus my daughter is.
Currently just running SS31, glutathione and L-carn. Was looking at ipamorelin or var.
I am doing am fasted cardio. Walking, high knees, walking lunges.
With my barbell or dumbells I do squats, lunges. Chest press.
I do some ab work out with the resistance bands.
Trying to add some calisthenics but just don't have the energy and I can't do anything with jumping.

Experiencing all that just goes to show you how important our health is. @brandypup honestly take it for granted, but in the end, people would give anything to be healthy and have their family to be healthy, including their pets.

@brandypup sister, I think you got a lot done. I'm sure you wouldn't want to redo all that but sometimes in life we got to go through stuff. I was stuck in a bed for two years after my plumbing accident.
