Hope everyone is doing well
I’ve been posting a bit less lately since I’m in the middle of moving, so things have been hectic.
A few quick training updates:
With this great weather, I’ve been loving my outdoor cardio, getting out on the road bike and MTB. I had a solid weekend: early morning MTB ride on Saturday, and a longer 75 km road ride on Sunday morning.

For lifting, I just switched to a new training split:
- Monday: Push
- Tuesday: Pull
- Wednesday: Legs
- Thursday: Chest
- Friday: Back
- Saturday: Arms
Still doing evening bike rides, but I’ll probably reduce the volume over the next two weeks since I have less time right now.
On the chemistry side, I decided to finish my cycle next week, which will make it 11 weeks on GH, Test, and Tbol. I’ll then switch back to TRT and work on bringing my blood markers back up over 8 weeks. I talked with my new coach, and he says running a 24-week cycle is too long.
