Food went off the cliff while on vacation and managed to actually lose weight some how. But I am getting it back on track again and I moved back to my old gym now so I can make better progress again!
Yeah fat has been coming down but injecting subq was causing some issues with that in the love handles at least so I finally quit doing that. All that oil was just building up and I'm thinking it was protecting the fat from burning or something idk
@bossbigzz Definitely some good size on your frame coming on.
one piece of advice though is get rid of the gloves. they are going to prevent proper strength/growth of your hands, wrists and forearms. you want to lift as raw as possible.. only use accessories on 5% or less of your lifts

I originally just got them specifically for the padding on my palm to keep it from hurting while benching. But yeah I see what you're saying I'll only use them to bench then because that's the only way I can keep the bar from hurting my palm and it will keep me from lifting and cause injury if I don't. But every other workout i don't actually need them even though they do feel good while slinging around dumbells lol
My legs aren't able to keep up with the test of my body. I seriously need to do something to fix this. I have been working them out equally along with every other body part and they get the same workout time as everything else but the only part of my leg growing that I can tell is the top of my legs. I do some squats here and there because my core is weak they are hard to do and am in the process of fixing that with lower back workouts like good mornings and dumbell rdls and just started getting into Smith machine dead lifts but I can tell I'm very weak in that area. Anywhom it's keeping my legs from getting stronger so I been doing leg curls, leg extensions, cable abductor exercises for inner and outer thighs. But overall it's looking better but I've skipped leg day most of my life so it may just take some time to get them caught up. But I don't ever skip legs now.

Leg presses was at 520lbs for 4 sets at a mix of anywhere from 10-15 rep range with different variation feet stance such as wide/upper/lower. Then did Smith machine deadlifts or pullback whatever they are talking it these days and did that with 1 set 12rep 135. 2 sets 10 rep 225lbs. Then did abductor workouts with cables i think 15lbs for 20reps and 3 sets both inner and outter thighs. I didn't actually do squats today though. Then shoulder pressed 225lbs for 3 sets at 8 reps. Did lateral raises with 30lb dumbells and a bench in front to maintain great form for 3 sets at 10-15 reps. Did cable lateral raises as well at 20lbs for 3 sets until failure. Did facepulls for 3 sets at 12 reps. So that was my complete workout today for legs and shoulders.
Come to think of it i may be spending way to much time in the gym. If you go back and look at any of my logs where I've previously posted my workout for the day it looks pretty intense. I do so many workouts at high volume and I believe that's why I'm able to grow a quickly as I am honestly because I'm training pretty insanely I feel like. I complete all this in 2 hours but looking at it seems intimidating and exhausting but I don't leave the gym til the last workout I do is at complete failure. I'm proud of myself for achieving that and keeping up with my routine for this long. This isn't occasional but everyday I train this way 6 days a week. Then after a month I take 3 days off to really let the gains set in and everytime I do that I get an incredible amount of strength all at once when I start back up again. I found something that works well for me and am going to keep it going. Thanks to everyone who has helped me and keeping me on track and pushing me to do better with your awesome advice and all. I wouldn't be where I'm at without everyone here encouraging me to get better. I never thought I would have made it this far and am still going strong so a big thanks to all of yall!
Thanks for the love man I'm going hard and the progress just keeps coming so it keeps me excited to keep going. Hopefully I can keep this momentum going
