Approved Log Lets Get To Work: CEO 12-Week Recomp Cycle Log

Hi bros how are you and how the training is going not read your update this week 😊
bros i doing damn good i think. nice progress staying healthy too

Alright Bros this week I want to go deep into something that I’ve been reflecting on lately it has been on my mind a lot. Mental energy conservation! Yes bros this has been something I think about alot recently which I had not accepted yet.

XMJ__0938457.jpg

You see, a lot of bros burn out on cycles and just never truly finish!

Not burning out like just from injections or gym fatigue which all contributes but from trying to juggle just way too many decisions through their day to day grind. If you think about it, this is a real problem facing many of us just deciding what to eat, when to train, what to wear, supplements to add ot stop taking ect ect ect. Sometimes I’m just second-guessing everything about my cycle and just looking for motivation in all of the wrong ways and THAT is what drains your willpower. I do have an insight to what the best way to handle this is:

Here’s what I’m doing instead to keep myself from burning out:
-I removed the guesswork: I planned all of my program well ahead of time before getting deep inot the cycle.

-Meals are prepped: I make this decision over the weekend and stick to it no matter what.

-Macros are on autopilot: These are part of the decision I made early on and I’m just sticking to them.
-Training is scheduled: Mid cycle is not the time to decide on your training youtube yes adjustments are a must but your routine should be ready from day one.

All of the forward planning really just leaves me ONE job to do: Execute the plan!

Every time I walk into the kitchen or the gym there is no internal debate going on in my mind. It’s not a negotiation of will and feelings and confort, it has become a ritual. Just like I’m brushing ymy teeth or tying on my gym shoes the same way I been making my bows since middle school. This is what I do everyday just execute on decisions already made in past days.

This is the mindset that has really changed everything for me and how I approach life in general no just my gym grind. I’m not here chasing some sort of motivation anymore bros, I’m just following the system I had already built when I was clear-headed before my cycle and planning like a savage so I have a path already mapped out.

Sticking my my diet really does help keep the food cravings quite low. When you stop viewing food as entertainment or confort or something it isnt and just as fuel for the warrior inside of you, you don't NEED willpower at all anymore you just do it period. You don’t need will you really just need structure and intention along with the followthrough.

Recomp cycle success isn't just in the biceps or abs but really it’s in your habits bros. Discipline over drama and BS. Routine over rollercoasters and mental fuks that just hold you back.

Stay sharp here bros and come on let's kill this last thrid of the journey. Week 8 down. Week 9, I’m coming for you bros please keep watching me as I go!

Hey Bros,

Awesome post and glad to see you posting again!

You’re absolutely right, and I completely agree with you — planning everything in advance, whether it’s meals, workouts, supplements, or the cycle, makes all the difference. It really does take a huge load off mentally.

Keeping that mindset of plan → execute → results is key.

And yeah, it’s obviously important for our training, diet, and cycle… but also for every other area of life, personal or professional. A few years ago, I read Getting Things Done and started applying that system to both work and personal life — planning everything, keeping nothing pending. It really made a big difference not to have a brain constantly running, trying to remember stuff or worrying about forgetting things.

Another book that changed everything for me was The 5AM Club by Robin Sharma. Don’t know if you’re into reading, but that one is a real game-changer.

I’m just like you — my workouts, meals, cycle, and supplements are all planned and prepped ahead of time. After that, it’s just about execution — no thinking needed.

Damn bro, insane physique in that pic — you’re a real athlete 💪🔥

I think the mental aspect is huge
if you don't love doing this or have that sick urge in your brain you won't do it
i've gotten in my car feeling like shit and almost didn't even go to workout, but i know to push through. and those workouts have been some of the best
