I’m looking to do a mini recomp cycle. Hoping you can recommend a good cycle where I go 12 weeks. What would you recommend if I had to pick between these 2 stacks?

currently 13% body fat. Want to drop to 10% body fat. Also want to add 5 pounds. I’m right at 189lbs now and 5’11’’ and 30 years old
