how to lose body fat with tirzepatide

42 years old and 198lbs. I want to drop like 20 pounds. I hit a floor after already losing 15 pounds.
tirzepatide is the option I am looking at. How much would you recommend I run after being on it for 4 weeks so far at 1mg a week. Not seeing much at that dose. Should I hike the dose much higher?

i would go 2mgs a week. that is the best way to go
 
i would microdose. It seems to help with side effects.
 
make sure you get all your peptides from umbrella. they are g2g
