how many hours of sleep post training?

Let’s say you had a really tough workout and you needed to get a good nights sleep
how many hours of sleep would you need to get to boost your recovery from that hard workout?
 
8 to 10 hours should suffice, however resting the whole day (not necessarily sleeping) would be advisable.
 
quality of sleep is very important, not just hours

also we know consistent sleep is important too. so you cannot sleep 5 hours a night all week and then sleep in on weekends and think you are making it up. so get 7-8 hours of quality nightly

i sleep at least 10 hours after training much better to sleep more
 
8-10 hours for me
