Low Cable Crossovers: 5kg x 20, 7.5kg x 15, 10kg x 15
Lateral Raise: 7.5kg x 20, 10kg x 12, 10kg x 12
Tricep Pushdow: 25kg x 20, 32.5kg x 15, 40kg x 9 DS 25kg x 10
Overhead Cable Tricep Extension: 15kg x 12, 21.25kg x 10, 21.25kg x 9
Cable Crunch: 40kg x 15, 40kg x 17, 40kg x 15

General Health and Wellbeing:
Dropped the weights on a couple of exercises today to focus on more reps/hypertrophy. Felt pretty good actually. No pain out of the carpal tunnel, still just a completely dead and tight feeling in the middle finger.
Keep up the good work, man. I love what you're doing on this one. It's a good training session, and I like how you hit it first thing in the morning and get it out the way. @rustle

@rustle I give you so much credit on this. The training looks fantastic from top to bottom. You start out with some good cardio, then you hit some good chest workouts, and you finish out with some great core work as well.

I'm glad that you don't have any carpal tunnel issues. That is really good. Sorry about your middle finger though. Hopefully things get better with that. @rustle

The middle finger is related to the carpal tunnel still. Waiting to hear, most likely in the new year, when surgery will be scheduled. It all might end up aligning just right as i finish this cycle 2nd week of Feb. Obviously i havent got the gains i had hoped from it, but theres still time to make progress.

Thanks mate. I have really terible sleep and cant sleep in after 5-5:30am so figured might as well get it out of the way. Lets me ensure all after work activities can be dedicated to family time as well. Only downside is the wife hates being woken up early in the morning which has caused a bit of conflict at times...

Nothing new to report today. Some exercises lost some reps while others gained weight and reps. No real logic to it.
