Fake product on Napsgear

I bought 6 bottles of parapharma and they are absolutely fake. Myself and a friend of mine both had the same problem we lost our energy, libido, and motivation. We also started getting increased depression and weight gain. All these are symptoms of low testosterone. The liquid in the bottle also seemed to be water not oil. I’ve been taking test for a long time and never experienced anything like this. I filed a complaint with napsgear and this was their response.

What would I gain by making something up like this? Also if you have a lab I can get the product tested myself please share it with me. I have no problem paying to prove you wrong.

This lab is the gold standard in the Anabolics world. Do you have any unopened vials? Because IF you do and that's what you send then Naps will have no choice but to make it right I BELIEVE. I don't work for Naps so don't quote me on that but that's usually the deal. And again don't quote me but a lot of these places also cover the cost of the testing if they sell you bad shit and you prove it but you'll have to verify that. Testing isn't cheap. Also I meant no offense but dudes come on here all the time for whatever their reasons may be, making these type of accusations that they can never back up and 9 times out of 10 their lying for whatever reason. If that's not the case here well then pay me no mind. And to be clear, I'm not affiliated with any website or brand, I just take it a little personal when people lie about sources being bad or good because it just further muddies the waters when it's already hard enough finding sources that you can trust but again, if it doesn't apply let it fly.

Thank you so much. Sorry I thought you were affiliated it’s my first time on a forum I didn’t know people come on here and lie like that. I really appreciate the advice. I still have three unopened vials and after their response I’m kind of pissed and want to prove them wrong. It’s definitely a fake product I’ve never had issues with test before. I’m also positive it’s water it was way to easy pulling and there was 0 discomfort with the injection site what so ever.

@Jeremyc603 welcome to the anaboled family here, very bad you come out shooting like this at napsgear brother but lets talk about it here. I will tag @jasonhill800 here for you.

Can you tell me you whole cycle plan?

Napsgear has been around for years and built their whole business on repeat buyers, so it makes no sense for them to push out fake bottles. If they started sending water instead of oil they’d lose their customer base overnight and that would destroy their reputation. The suppliers they use like Parapharma are established brands and not some backyard labels, so the chance of them sending you straight fakes is very slim. Sometimes people run into underdosed gear, sometimes storage or shipping affects it, but outright water in a vial doesn’t fit with how these sources operate. The symptoms you’re describing sound more like your levels dropped because either you crashed your hormones or you came off something strong too fast. When legit gear is used consistently, you don’t suddenly lose libido and gain weight unless something else is off in diet, stress, or overall cycle management. Napsgear has every reason to keep customers happy since their profit depends on return buyers not one-time scams. They handle a massive volume, and if they really shipped water, the whole community would be blowing up with identical complaints. If you want clarity, a lab test on the product will give you facts instead of assumptions. Blaming them for selling straight fakes doesn’t line up with how their business runs.

The real question here is what is your whole cycle like with the log, diet training? share

If you think your gear is not legit, then please get it tested in a lab and send us the report as a proof. Our team will check it and provide you the resolution.

Brother. Why would we sell fake products? We’ve been in the industry for around 25 years, and if we started selling fake gear, we’d lose our customers.

Sometimes, gears can work differently depending on individual body conditions.

We suggest you get the gears tested at a reputed lab and share the report claiming it’s fake. Only then can we raise this issue with the concerned brand and work on providing you with a resolution.

the oil has no bearing on the quality. the oil can vary based on the batch, brand, or anything else. so this isn't evidence that it is fake. you didn't get it tested but many others have. napsgear has the numbers right on the website of customers testing products. you can see 'lab tested' and click on it
