This! Test & Tren E combo is Greek God mix. Excellent body recomp on this stack. Great strength gains, nice lean muscle mass gains, while virtually bulking and shredding at same time. Wonderful vascularity too.

Being at my age I'm on permanent trt. Have been for about 8 years. Before falling off my workout regimen I was going pretty strong for about 5 years. My past favorite cycles have always been test cyp and tren E, and have thrown in some superdrol or adrol in towards the later end of the cycles. I was always a firm believer that you don't need to go heavy on your gear intake to get great results. I've seen a lot of guys run too heavy in short cycles, especially at too young of an age that ends up destroying their bodies, producing that michellen man look, and quickly losing most of their gains as soon as they end their cycles. My past cycles that produced the best results for me were always moderate levels of gear (which I'll break down below), proper workout program focusing mainly on hypertrophy for muscle gains and body sculpting (Ben Pukalski MI40) , high protein and low carb intake, with minimal HITT weight vested cardio. I would do some short cycles averaging 10 wks, but preferred longer cycles with lower dosages up to 20 wks. Always prefer longer Esthers C or E. But, again being on TRT never coming off test. So this won't apply for everyone.

10wk Cycle
Wk 1-10: Test Cypionate 300mg 1 shot. weekly
Wk 1-10: Tren E 200mg 1 shot weekly
Wk 4-10: Anadrol 100mg daily
Wk 1-10: HCG 500iu twice weekly
Wk 1-10: Anastrozole .25mg or .5mg every 2 or 3 days. Very dosages depending on joint dryness

20wk Cycle
Wk 1-20: Test Cypionate 200MG 1 shot weekly
Wk 1-20: Tren E 100mg 1 shot weekly
Wk 10-15: Superdrol 20mg daily
Wk 15-20: Superdrol 40 MG daily
Wk 1-20: HCG 500iu twice weekly
Wk 1-20: Anastrozole .25mg or .5mg every 2 or 3 days and very dosages depending on joint dryness.

These cycles also include all daily liver detox pills (prefer TDUCA), BCAA'S, pre-workout, Protein Isolate, daily vitamin, CoQ10, Bone & Joint complex vitamin.

Have only ever added low maintenance dose of Deca for joint lubricant if I ever start getting too stiff after longer-term workout periods.

@Dboy5285 thats a good story, I'm glad you have a base with TRT and we can push from there into a full cycle

looking at you now you want to recomp
even in your situation dont mix trenbolone and superdrol, the sides are too much
trenbolone and tbol or winstrol is a better option, tren and winny big for me

but you know we have an issue here right? we dont know much about you, besides a general idea and we talking about some hardcore cycle, so please can you start a NEW thread with your LOG journal where you post your diet training cardio sleep supps and more about you so we can guide you into a cycle and work as a community on getting you thick

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i would drop the anadrol to 50mgs though. i think 100 is too high

Superdrol is harsh. Hope you’re ready for some nasty sides
I've already ran it 4 different times in the past. Everything was manageable. What I posted in reply to the tren & test question were cycles from over 4 years ago. Haven't decided or posted on new cycles. Been out of the gym for 4 years. First day back was yesterday. Not running anything for a while until I get back into a consistent full routine.
