Approved Log Cycle, Diet, Training - Cutting Log

Hey Bros, it's been awhile since I wrote anything just wantvto give an update! As you know I lost 100lbs. I thank Anabolex Family AND Napsgear.

I took off about two months and went on a bulk. Went from 215lbs to 236lbs. Now I am at it again going hard on another cut. Here is a Pic me at 315lbs to 215lbs

Thank you! My current cycle is Test, Tren and Mast. Looking to cut down to 220 with 5pounds added muscle.
