Diet: Woke up ate 3 packs of cinnamon brown flavored oatmeal. Ate 3 Tamales. Ate an Orange. Ate a Turkey Ham Cheese Sandwich. Ate a plum. Ate Pozole. Ate another plum. I’ll probably eat a snack before I go to bed. I drank 100oz of water today. I didn’t take any creatine today I’m going to start soon also some whey protein shakes. Protein bars also.
Training: I didn’t not train today bros it was a busy day plus I’ll just train the rest of the days to fix my training schedule any advice on how you many days you train or how you do your rest days?
Gear: I took one shot 1ML of Test E 250 in my glutes I saw one of the bros in the thread said what the plug said to do was wrong basically said I should take all my shots same day. Any advice on how I should run my cycle ? Or let me know how you run your cycles ?
Well Thankyou guys for reading and replying to my threads I appreciate y’all this is a goal I’m striving towards completing and one of the only positive things in my life at the moment so it means a lot to me to get in shape and be healthier and also have some big OL CANNONS mayne! I’m battling to be a better me. #GetBig

brother not trying to be anal about this but you aren't gonna get big off processed sandwiches, tamales and flavored oatmeal etc

need to eat real muscle building foods

you are eating kiddie foods.
 
Alright what do y’all suggest? So I can eat that instead, I was kinda just going to eat as many calories as I could
 
start with understanding the difference between processed junk and real food
 
I use my rice cooker for more than just rice you can also use it for oatmeal and also vegetables
 
I like to keep it simple and just focus on clean, whole, single ingredient foods as much as possible. Some examples would be eggs, chicken, beef, avocados, raw fruits and veggies, fresh caught fish, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc.
