Best way to use winstrol

what are the best ways to use Winstrol I'm thinking of adding it to my current cycle
I'm going to be doing testosterone and Trenbolone 250 to 300 mg per day
I’m 50 years old, 6 ft 2 in in 178 lb. My body fat is a lean 10%
I know there is an oil and a water-based Winstrol liquid form and I know that there is a tablet form. Which one do you use
 
25-50mgs a day

i am not a fan of injecting it, tried it and it was awful
drink it or get the tablet. it does NOT matter which you get, same effect at same dose

I wouldnt inject winstrol just take it orally 50mgs per day with n2guard
winstrol is strong so go slow
 
stanozolol is 50mgs split dose 25 am 25mgs preworkout
