I’m looking to bulk up from here
6’1”, 205 lbs. My goal is to get over 220 lbs.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to get that on one cycle. And I’m 30 years old
this is my cycle plans:
tren 300mgs a week
test 200mgs a week
deca 400mgs a week
this will be a 10 week cycle then I will pct.
I’m eating 3000 calories a day and I’m going to increase it to at least 3500.
Is there anything you would change on this setup?
