Everyone is different but a good starting dose is .5 mg every other day and then you would assess from there

A general dose to start with is .5 mg eod but everyone is different man... you should have been using an ai from day one and you should have gotten pre cycle bloodwork so you can assess things properly

I did get the pre bloodwork before I started everything was fine. I think I'm making myself paranoid.

If you feel something in your nipples better add tamoxifen 40mgs and VERY low dose arimidex like 0.25mgs E3D.

Cypionate @ 500mg a week and 30mg dbol a day.

I'm doing cypionate too, I was always told to run ai when needed.

Yes, this is my 4th cycle and only done Nolvadex. I started back in 03,05,07,and now. I do have ai, I started it yesterday, this Sunday be 3 weeks on cycle. Thank you for input

Always run an AI and adjust accordingly with bloods. But with test and definitely dbol you would need an AI
