anyone make hotcakes at home?

I have been eating mcdonalds hotcakes for a while for my breakfast on my way to work. They know me well by now as soon as they see my car they have my order ready lol
I want to eat healthier now. Can anyone suggest a way I can make these at home fast so I am not late to work?
