NapsGear Anyone Else Having Shipping/Delivery Issues???

My order never updated the tracking at all. After a month passed I asked and they said I had to wait 5 weeks, after 5 weeks I kept asking and they were not replying finally I opened a new ticket and they finally replied they will send to upper management and after 2 day a new order was created and now I have to wait again another month or so, this never happened to me before and I've being buying from them for 5 years. Here's the story on that order:

I was the guy just before your post here, my “new” order was said to be reshipped and tracking was provided but the tracking still says “label created not yet in system.” Idk how many days it’s been now with the new order but it’s around 2 weeks or so. No idea what the deal is with this time. And if we are posting this, imagine how many people out there have ordered and didn’t post about it.

I’m hopeful this one goes through, but, my confidence in Naps is falling by the day. Hope you get your order man. Keep the thread updated. If nothing else I’m interested to hear what happens.

It’s been a month and no tracking update on my order also. I’ve had nothing but goodluck with naps so far I got an updated tracking number when I submitted a ticket and it still says no information available.

I'm also having some serious issues with napsgear and Amelia is my email help person. I've pmed @jasonhill800 with my issues so hopefully he can help me out. Missing items, no responses etc. Never in my life have I had such an issue like this.

Just another test/winstrol cycle trynna cut down a bit for summer. Around end of summer or so plan on maybe a bit of a more intense cycle I haven’t been on anything for quite awhile so easing back into it compared to some older cycles.

Yeah everything’s pretty dialed in right now diets better than it’s ever been and I’ve upped my cardio a ton compared to normal and I usually do quite a bit anyways. But yes I watched the forums a lot but never really ever posted or made an account until my naps shipping incident. But this is the most dialed in I’ve ever been on training and dieting trying to get a lot leaner instead of just having a ton of muscle mass I think it’ll be a lot better for me long term.

But this is the most dialed in I’ve ever been on training and dieting trying to get a lot leaner instead of just having a ton of muscle mass I think it’ll be a lot better for me long term.

It’s now been over 2 months for my package(s). First one they finally reshipped after 5 weeks. Got the new tracking info about 4-4.5 weeks ago and no update on this one either. Amelia has said to wait a bit longer. I did that and they said again they will send this to management to get an answer of what to do never had this much issue before. I’m completely out of test now, been a little over 3 weeks I’ve been out and I can barely get out of bed. Life sucks really bad right now. I didn’t plan for this or have any PCT or anything so I’m basically at zero test in my system at this point. Everything hurts, joints feel rusted shut, can’t seem to grab words out of my head when I’m talking. Really frustrating to know what I want to say, but can’t get the words out. Hopefully something gets reshipped soon. I don’t know what to say at this point. My order was placed back in February and still just messaging trying to get my test in the mail.

Been using them for years. Always easy peasy and arrives at most in 3 weeks. Usually it’s 2 weeks. Now i think it’s almost 3 months later I’m still waiting. Sounds like a lot of people are in the same situation now that I’ve caught up on the chat thread

Brother, I completely understand your frustration with the long delivery time. Your order was placed in February, and then reshipped in April, which has indeed been a long period. I’ve just followed up with the support team and asked them to look into this case on priority. They'll check and confirm with the warehouse team, and if they find your order is not coming then we’ll certainly provide you with alternative options to resolve this.
