Hello everyone, I'm currently on TRT. I'm just wondering what my serum levels will be, highest and trough on 200mg's a week roughly. If anyone can answer this, it's greatly appreciated.

generally your levels should be 5-7 times your dose of test... so anywhere from 1000-1400 would be expected... this comes down to how well your body metabolizes it and/or the quality of your product

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Typically 5-7x your dose so 1,000 - 1,400, which is way too high. You want to be in the upper range of normal but where your estrogen is still normal as well. If estrogen is high, you need to reduce your test levels.
