Approved Log My Canadian Road to 50 Years Old and Transformation with US-Pharmacies

It'd a half ml 2x a week when I'm next back on so should be fine
Ya for sure you're good. I did a full ml when I first got it and it was pretty unremarkable. I obviously knew I had pinned something 400mg+ concentration but it wasn't an issue at all.

At 3+mg of reta a week its insane to me you can do this..🤯
Eating for me is like a set of rows, you can stop for a small bit and restore that 'eating ATP' then one more, then one more, you make the macros for the meal and you put your head down and you get it in. It's really similar to a hard set in the gym, then you let the water and digestive aids do their work. I'm worried about what I'm going to have to eat to put on more mass at 5'9" and 190lbs and staying steady around 190lbs too.

4 sets to failure with 25lb dumbbell on chest (30lbs were taken)


Cardio:
30 mins treadmill w/ incline (half a podcast)


Training comments:
  • I find I'm as strong on TRT - always weird
  • My bench being at 225lbs for reps was surprising being on only TRT - not usually strong on bench
