Approved Log Cycle Training and nutrition log

Good afternoon everyone! I'm new here and decided to start a log of my training and nutrition. I basically love the idea of having a log of my journey and to look back on where I came from. Today was the first training day in a new regiment for me laid out by my new coach! I completed a full body workout today that was a big change from what I used to do, but I'm so excited to start this new chapter in my life. We will see how far i can push myself. I have big goals and dreams for the future and look forward to sharing it with you guys!

Today's Injections-
test cyp 80 mg
EQ 100 mg
BPC 157 1 mg (elbow)
Tb500 2.5 mg

Today's training-
Incline bench bar bell - 205x8
barbell Shoulder Press- 185x6
Dips - 20 reps
Dumbbell rows (elbows inside) - 75x12
Dumbbell rows (elbows outside) - 75x12
Dumbbell lat raises- 40x12
Tricep ext machine- 200x12
Dumbbell curl- 50x12
Barbell RDL- 175x20
Hack squat- 245x25
Leg press- 527x22
Standing calf raises- 2 sets of 20
Rope ab crunches- 90 lb 2 sets of 20

Total calories burned=850
Time spent= 70 minutes
average hr= 136

Keep in mind my coach is having me do 1 working set with warm-up sets not counting. It was definitely a change of pace, but can feel the difference in working my whole body. It was nice!

protein= 254
carbs = 301
fat= 112

I will be switching over to my new nutrition regiment in the next day or two. I have to pick up a bunch of stuff from the grocery store. Once that is done I will be fully locked in!

cycle = 600 test/400 eq

can you tell us more about your foods to start? actual foods not just macros
Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@Jag_muscle This is a great start to this Log you look fantastic man. Your stats are very similar to where I'm at as well. The cycle looks really good.

Bro is this a good start to the Log if you ask me. I'm glad that you sticking to good simple training. I like the Romanian deadlifts and squat. @Jag_muscle

I think your goal should be visible six pack. @Jag_muscle You've got some visibility to your abs, but you also have some stubborn body fat around your stomach. Let's get rid of that.
