I don't know what is going on with them but right now they have not verified they received my payment and it is 7 days in. I sent in a screen shot of my payment to them in a ticket and they have not even responded. I think I am done with them after this.
Napsgear's customer support is a clown show. My experience with them has been a total headache. There was an extra item in my cart I checked out not noticing. I notified them about it right when I made the order asking for and asked for that one item to be removed and to be given store credit...
Not sure what to do I had an order issue with naps. open ticket but it has been over a week with no resolution. Product tracking shows it is not shipped, I requested a refund (credit) but they have not processed it. I don't know what they have going on. Just be aware
I orders my first stack from Napsgear.org but it is stuck in Status: Waiting For Approval 4 days later.
I placed my order on Saturday 31 May, 2025 via Zelle and they still have not verified that I made the payment. I opened a support ticket Monday, and it has gone Unassigned.
