Ok, last night it looks like they got it resolved. Now time to go post about PSL :(

It has said "waiting for approval" for the last 7 days. and in the support ticket they have not acknowledge my payment information.

I don't know what is going on with them but right now they have not verified they received my payment and it is 7 days in. I sent in a screen shot of my payment to them in a ticket and they have not even responded. I think I am done with them after this.

Oh US btw. I can find some in The EU but shipping times and customs is a pain.

Napsgear's customer support is a clown show. My experience with them has been a total headache. There was an extra item in my cart I checked out not noticing. I notified them about it right when I made the order asking for and asked for that one item to be removed and to be given store credit...

I orders my first stack from Napsgear.org but it is stuck in Status: Waiting For Approval 4 days later. I placed my order on Saturday 31 May, 2025 via Zelle and they still have not verified that I made the payment. I opened a support ticket Monday, and it has gone Unassigned. Did I get got?
