I hurt my lower back. It's definitely sciatica. It goes down my leg. What can I do when it comes to training? Are there different exercises I can switch to? What would you recommend?

When it comes to combating sciatica, less is actually more. Avoid deep squats and other exercises that would aggravate the problem. In the meantime, you should use either cold or hot therapy to soothe the pinched nerve. Avoid sitting down for long, lie on your back and while doing so, you can engage in mild stretching.
