The 130kg reset: My Retatrutide weight loss journey

Great journey so far mate! I will be watching this. I went through a similar journey a couple of year ago, lost 30kg and went on to compete on BB show, greatest thing ever. Keen to see some check in photos of you too, I bet the before and after already looks insane! Keep going!

Thanks heaps mate! Noticing some muscle definition coming through now which is mint. I’ll post some updated photos later this week

Going through a bit of a phase atm where the scale isn’t changing much but body composition is definitely changing adding some muscle & lean mass

Recap:

Flew back home yesterday from work so had a proper rest day no training. Will be working on improving my sleep again now I'm back home getting that back up to standard.

Was a solid leg day today still pushing the weight up higher every session slowly and topped it off with a 30 mins zone 2 cardio sesh total 1h 23mins

Pin day was yesterday for the Retatrutide thanks to @ZenithHealth. Always seem to have pretty big hunger suppressions for the first day or so which is fine did my best to hit my macros but came short slightly not too concerned tbh.

Starting from today I have introduced 150mcg each of TB500 & BPC-157 thanks to @ZenithHealth care package the other week to test them out. I have no current injuries just wanted to see at this small dosage if it can help with improved recovery times and inflammation. I have also switched the Ipamorelin to a nightly pin just to gauge and see if that may potentially improve my sleep quality moving forward.

Tesamorelin by @Prymal has stayed as a morning pin and moving forward I will be looking to add some Mots-C pending my bloods come back good next Tuesday & also KPV thanks to @Prymal.
