This is the worst time of year to order because post office lays off to all their workers.

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- tuna wrap

Snack- chicken noodle soup

Dinner- chicken wrap

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar, protein yogurt
very steady diet today, how do you feel bro?

I don’t have any pictures bro. I was with my family and they ordered pizza so I didn’t have much of a choice.
