Lunch- chicken sandwich, lettuce and mayonnaise

Dinner- steak and vegetables

Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix

Dinner- chicken and vegetables

Snack- , protein cookie, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix, banana

Ps- the calzone is not burnt. I just wanted to make sure that it’s cooked fully through.

I like the protein intake both days but looks nice bro the pics legit
you keeping diet steady bro :)
 
diet is getting a little bit better but I still think you have room to improve

for example I would get rid of the sausage and add some fruit instead with the eggs

Dinner- chicken mixed veggies

Snack- , protein bar, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix

Ps - tomorrow’s gonna look very different for me when I post my buddies having his first baby and I have to wake up at 3:20 in the morning to go to the hospital so I’m not sure what I’ll be eating tomorrow, but I’ll probably won’t be able to go to the gym either.
