Old body, Young mind - fighter - TRT and Equipoise cycle Log

Well I continued my heart energy into this morning as I couldn’t sleep so I got up early and went to the gym..
I’m normally a night Trainer as I’m not a very good morning person, but I had a bit of steam still to blow out and I put it all into arms…

Food was pretty off today well put it this way not bad but not perfect due to a fair bit of stress going on at work

Blasted arms today. Always an enjoyable work out.. was a good pump. I’m happy with it and conditioning is coming back …

I think everybody enjoys those workouts
 
nice to see you're getting some nice pumps
are you manipulating your carbs ahead of your workout as well
 
good to hear your conditioning is coming back
body memory is a real thing it will come back
 
you have plenty of time to continue to improve
I like how you're being patient with your progress
 
yeah maybe back off a little bit on the volume
