Back to simple cheat today. Through some little arms in to for the hell of it..
Found a new machine, which I don’t know of the name, but I’ve really been enjoying using it..
Basically, you sit down and grab the handles and squeeze together almost like a cable cross over..
Found it very good for concentrating on the squeeze of the chest

FLAT DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
12 reps
4 sets
INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
12 reps
4 sets
INCLINE PLATE PRESS
12 reps
4 sets
PECK DECK FLYS
12 reps
4 sets
MACHINE SEATED CHEST SQUEEZE
12 reps
4 sets

PREACHER CURLS
12 reps
6 sets

All in all was a pretty good workout and it will do for a Monday that’s for sure..
Starting to feel the changes being on the mass as opposed to the bold

simple cheat day @AK-47s but you look amazing bro :) damn abs are crazy tight

I het what u mean with the knee issues its a pain but just got to work around it, some training better than no training.
 
Crappy day at work so I thought I’d put my anger into the Gym and train nice and angry, just like the old days getting it released in the fight in the ring. Enjoyed the session and totally concentrate on shoulders tonight and of course always.. a Day of good nutrition..

I feel the mass might be starting to come in and feeling good also.
