#5. Floor Fly's - 30 sec
#6. Close Grip Press - 30 sec

#7. Push Ups - 30 sec
#8. Plank Toe Touches - 30 sec
#9. Mountain Climbers - 30 sec

#10. Renegade Row to Pushup - 30 sec
#11. Side Plank Rotations (Left + Right) - 30 sec for each side
