Some of you on here are fans of it from prior posts but would like to touch base on it
Should you not run a keto style diet during your post Cycle Therapy or between cycles? also can you still add muscle mass doing that sort of diet. also how do you get your fiber requirements when you're on that type of diet if you're avoiding a lot of the grains and potatoes?
