I’m looking for honest options on what would be better for lean muscle mass if I had to pick between equipoise or primo. I’m currently 5’10’’ and 185lbs and 33 years old.

test 250+ Primo 600mgs
12 weeks on the primo and 14 weeks on the EQ. I’m around 12-13% body fat so I want my body fat to stay there but I want to bulk
