As an update, they initially emailed me after I lodged this complaint saying, "The delay...is beyond our control but as you have chosen us as your supplier, we must rectify this error."

I waited a day and a half then asked if they had an eta. To which they replied that they could not fulfill my order at that price. This is concerning because I paid the same price as it's still advertised as online, and I have seen the rep advertise this product on the forum. They suggested I could get a voucher for a future purchase or a different supplement (Can't get clen; let me take some dbol?).

I then received a separate email with tracking.

So, I think, after 45 days from initial order/payment, it's tentatively resolved.

Well, something shipped and it shows shipped on their website. It's a little confusing that CS says they can't fulfill the order and then they do fulfill the order. So, I guess I'll just have to wait until it lands to be sure.

For the sake of clarity on the situation here's what happened.

The order was originally placed with Generic Asia. There was a delay in receiving the tracking information, and despite our follow-ups, we were initially unable to get confirmation from the laboratory that the order could be fulfilled.

Because of that, we explored replacing the order with an equivalent product from another warehouse. Unfortunately, we weren't able to source an equivalent product elsewhere, so the customer was informed and given the option to choose an alternative.

In the meantime, we have now received confirmation that Generic Asia has shipped the original order. The shipping reference is ZS23161719599, and the package is currently in transit.

So the earlier communication from CS wasn't indicating that the order had already been shipped at that point it reflected the situation before we received confirmation from the laboratory. The subsequent shipment confirmation is why the status has now changed.

We've also informed @jnr69 directly, so at this stage the package is simply in transit and we'll have to allow the delivery process to run its course.

Hopefully that clears up the apparent contradiction.
