ugloz shop is a no go

Newbie
ugloz shop a no go and I would like to get your advice on best thing I can do to get my money back. Long story short I sent them bitcoin. They said they never got it. I sent it to them again. They claimed they got only 1 payment but I sent them 2 of them. Now they refuse to ship my products cause they say I am short. Its such BS. Anyway I can recovery my funds?

Gonna hijack this thread. So you can only use UGLOZ.IS to order and have to use Bitcoin to place the order? Seen a few reps in here saying if orders are messed up they'll refund, how do you refund to a Crypto exchange account? Is there a way I can speak to AJ (or whoever speaks to people on behalf of UGLOZ) on Threema or something?

Honest questions, I have no idea whether it's a safe store or not so obviously I have questions in regards to making a purchase with the hard earned money I have on a website selling an plethora of incredibly controlled substance so casually online.. no I'm not being a troll. (Saying this so I can avoid the unnecessary onslaught of the penis riders in these thread.)

It a very safe store, and 1 of the best run Labs in Australia. If you have any issues with an order email [email protected] and it will be sorted quick smart. And yes you can only order through ugloz.is. You can buy with confidence
