Log update for yesterday - Was a ''rest day'' so decided to do another arm day with some cardio at the end zone 2, added some wrist curls in there for the forearms haven't done those in yearrrrsss.
Food was a bit bland as it was just leftovers from yesterday having family over etc will be able to get back into some better foods today onwards not that it was terrible.
Sleep is borderline okay not waking up too flat which is good and feel pretty rested overall.
Going to be a proper rest day Monday (today) maybe some light cardio before my bloods on Tuesday morning.
Will probably do an update with some measurements when I get my bloods back.
