I have been logging in evo and elitefitness for bit of time and have decided to log my journey here aswell.
I have recently started my growth phase 400mg test 400mg eq and 400mg tren and 5iu gh all supplied from @GENTEXLaboratories.
Also i am using 1.5mg- 2 mg reta per week for different health purpose supplied from @Wolfenstein to see all the hyper around it.

I will dropping my training log and nutrition as i go hope to get some positive feedback from you all.

Seated chest fly
Set 1: 61kg- 15rep
Set 2: 68kg- 11rep

Incline smith machine chest press
Set 1: 100kg- 8rep
Set 2: 100kg- 7rep

Seated plate loaded lateral raise
Set 1: 30kg- 21rep
Set 2: 30kg- 18rep

Iso lateral horizontal chest press
Set 1: 50kg each- 12rep
Set 2: 60kg each- 8rep

Plated loaded shoulder press
Set 1: 40kg- 10rep
Set 2: 50kg- 8rep
Set 3: 50kg- 6rep

Standing dumbbell Bicep curl
Set 1: 15kg- 15rep
Set 2: 15kg- 13rep
Set 3: 15kg- 12rep

Hammer curl
Set 1: 15kg- 17rep
Set 2: 15kg- 15rep

Felt really great being back to gym after a break. Strength not up there but pump was great. Pre workout meal attached pasta with chicken and peas.
