taking tons of aromasin on cycle?

I've been using AI's on my current cycle, right now using aromasin at 20mgs a day which i know is a hefty dosage but haven't had issues. this is my 3rd cycle doing this but now am reading that high AI's can inhibit muscle growth and cause other problems. what are my risk factors of over dosing on aromasin on cycle?

20mgs is low not that high, you wont have an OD on an AI unless you really feel joint issues
 
you need to watch your bloodwork and thats what determines how much you use.. .not some bro science formula claiming you lose size etc... just use it the right way and you wont have any issues
 
You definitely do not want to have low estrogen. Estradiol is neuroprotective. What you want to do is get blood work and see where your levels are at. Then adjust your dose accordingly. I would much rather see estrogen a little high vs low.
 
estrogen increases the anabolic response to exercise and this may result in the increase in muscle mass reported in long term studies. Joint health is also something to pay attention to, if your lifting heavy weights. Growth hormone, testosterone, and estrogen are anabolic hormones.... don’t crash your estrogen
 
That's a lot of aromasin. How much test are you running? I'd need less than that for a gram a week

A lot of people overuse AIs and I'm not a fan of that. You should always use the least amount possible to keep your estrogen in line
 
That's way more aromasin than I would ever use. To dial in the dose you actually need, you have to get bloodwork though.
