Should I stack an AI with ZMA?

I have been taking ZMA for many weeks and I am suspecting it may have caused my test levels to spike so much that my estrogen levels went up too. Never took steroids in my life so this is really weird but my nipple is very tender. Is it possible that the ZMA could have done this issue or is it just in my mind?

It's possible but if you have an estrogen spike you should use some nolva to see whats up. Tamoxifen 10mgs/day.

zinc intake, especially if you are deficient, can actually boost testosterone levels which can raise estrogen.

it is very rare but not impossible for this to cause existing gyno issues to flare up

highly doubtful.. not impossible though... you need to get bloodwork before you consider using an ai though

Your body will self-regulate estrogen production as needed unless you are taking large amounts of aromtizing steroids and it can't keep up. AI's are not very safe to be just throwing in there.
