Scrambling eggs

I recently started eating eggs again it has been years since I messed around with them. What are some of the best recipes that you guys recommend for scrambled eggs. Also is it okay if I use bread with them to eat or should I just eat them plain

I just boil like 12 eggs on Sunday and use them throughout the week as a "snack".
