rebuilding my training routine all over again

Newbie
I’ve been training for the past 6 months and I usually go for an hour in the gym and I do full body workouts.
Usually I will do two sets 10 to 15 reps and then move on to the next one and it’s a pretty good work out where I burn a lot of calories and I’m in a full sweat
however I’m not really experiencing some good muscle and strength gains so I would like to start from scratch
can you give me a quick rundown of the strategy you would take from here?
 
try shortening your workouts the 45 minutes
 
I would do the 5x5 program it works good
 
I would start doing more compound movements focus in on 5 or 6 of the main ones
 
powerlifting would be the best routine for you
